Our policy is that we do not give refunds. There are situations in which we are willing to do this, but we determine these on a case-by-case basis. For example, if someone is experiencing technical problems that we cannot resolve, we are of course willing to do so. If you think you are eligible for a refund, we would like to hear the reason and receive screenshots of technical problems.
