Healthy snacks for babies and toddlers
Of course, your baby and toddler can have an unhealthy snack once in a while. And if he/she picks up a chip once in a while, there’s no harm done. But it is not recommended to make this a habit.
Offer your baby and toddler healthy snacks at regular times every day. For example, in the morning (between breakfast and lunch) and in the afternoon (between lunch and dinner).
